After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept the return of the product.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be present

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Procedure

Before sending any item back, you must contact our customer service to obtain return instructions.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Not in accordance with your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the product and packaging.

In this case, return shipping costs will be covered, and a replacement or refund will be offered.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once the product has been returned and inspected:

  • The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
