This shipping policy outlines processing times, delivery timeframes, and the conditions related to shipping your orders.

We currently deliver throughout all of the United States, as well as many other countries worldwide.
For any specific request regarding a country not listed, you can contact our customer service before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared in our warehouse.

Preparation time (dispatch): 2 to 4 business days

This includes the time required to:

  • Verify your order
  • Package the product
  • Perform quality control
  • Hand over the parcel to the carrier

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

Once your parcel has been shipped, it is handled by our partner carriers.

Transit time: 4 to 8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions)
  • Possible international customs checks

4. Total Delivery Time

Estimated total timeframe: 6 to 12 business days

Tracking is usually activated within 24 to 48 hours.


7. Damaged or Lost Package

We take special care when packaging our handpans.
However, if your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the parcel and the product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt

After verification, we will proceed with:

  • A product replacement, or
  • A full refund

If a package is declared lost by the carrier, the-handpan-workshop will fully handle the resolution of the issue.


8. Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided.

If an incorrect address prevents delivery:

  • Reshipping fees may be charged
  • No refund can be issued if the package is lost due to an address error

9. Exceptional Delays

Although rare, some delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High logistics traffic periods
  • Customs procedures
